Follow up and keep things moving
We track progress, help respond to replies or requests, and ensure everything stays on track and personalise your package to your circumstances. This could be with Corrections, the Office of the Inspectorate, the Ombudsman and other government agencies. We explain everything simply and clearly, avoiding confusing legal or technical language.
